How to play Rocket Squadron

Use a desktop keyboard and a WebGL 2 browser. Choose Launch Squadron. You fly forward automatically: W or ↑ climbs, S or ↓ descends, A or ← flies left and D or → flies right. Fly through gold rings to build your score chain and recharge boost. Missing a ring breaks the chain, but does not end the run.

Hold Space to fire unlimited rounds. Release it to cool your guns when the heat gauge fills. Shift boosts with regenerating fuel. Q or E performs an evasive roll with a short invulnerability window and a cooldown. B uses a limited Nova charge to damage enemies and clear incoming shots. Green cells repair shield; blue cells refill boost.

The route has eight stages: Lighthouse, Sea Arch, Low Pass, Cliff Turn, Sky Portal, Violet Reach, The Falls and The Eye. Each one repairs 25 shield, and some offer a choice: recruit one of two wingmen, or improve damage, cooling or armor. Upgrades last only for that run. Fly low over the water to build a skim multiplier. Baron Kessel's Stormcrow airship guards the Sky Portal and the Watcher guards The Eye: destroy both engines or satellites first, then hit the exposed core. Move between aimed volleys or roll through them. After The Eye the route loops with a tougher lap; there is no final level.

P or Esc pauses, M mutes. Fullscreen and sound controls are above the game. Choose Low graphics if flight is slow. Your best score is saved only in this browser. No account or download is needed.
